Time and time again, Wolfworks depends on Seweryn Zaman and his crews for all forms of roofing projects. His collaboration and coordination with the performance goals of our projects is pivotal for a successful outcome. We are fortunate to be able to rely on an experienced roofing trade partner and implement his recommendations for roof repairs, flashing replacements, and other components to keep our projects dry. Recently Seweryn and his crew repaired and replaced an existing home in the Historic West End of Hartford that was in need of some much needed love.
Often we will rely on pre construction walkthroughs with Seweryn to review the existing conditions and hear his recommendations for repairs. We value and depend on these expertise to diagnose and strategize the repair scope of work to be implemented. Receiving this initial feedback from Seweryn also allows us to accurately identify and quantify potential repairs that may be hidden at the time. Having as much scope accounted for up front certainly reduces client anxiety of the dreaded “unknowns” that may be uncovered with any roof repair and replacement.
Seweryn is the first on the job as well as the last to perform his quality control walkthrough on all of his projects. With many of our projects requiring added insulation and air sealing work on the inside of the roof plane, Seweryn and his collaboration, patience, and dedication to their craft is extremely valuable and appreciated by the Wolfworks team. As we work to restore other existing homes, we look forward to working with Seweryn and his team.
